The fully automatic boiling range analyzer is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the latest national standards GB/T7534 "Determination of Boiling Range of Volatile Organic Liquids for Industrial Use" and GB/T615-2006 "General Method for Determination of Boiling Range of Chemical Reagents," which specify the standard methods for determining the distillation range of methanol and alcohol products. It also complies with standards such as SH/T1053 "Determination of Boiling Range of Diethylene Glycol for Industrial Use," GB/T2282 "Determination of Distillation Range of Coking Light Oil Products," and GB/T3146.1-2010 "Determination of Distillation Range of Industrial Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Related Materials." Additionally, it fully meets the requirements of GB/T6536-2010, ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D1078-IP195, ISO3405 "Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure," and GB/T255 "Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products." This instrument is used for distillation testing of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with specific boiling points, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels, industrial volatile organic liquids, and similar petroleum products. It is the latest automatic boiling range tester introduced by our company, featuring advanced technology, user-friendly operation, and high cost-effectiveness.

I. Main Features

1. Equipped with an embedded computer and imported industrial control unit, featuring a 12.1-inch large LCD touch screen with an intuitive human-machine interface for convenient operation.

2. Utilizes microcontroller and intelligent control technology to automate the entire distillation testing process, including heating and cooling, tracking of distillate liquid level, control of distillation rate, control of recovered liquid volume, temperature recording, and printing of test results.

3. Displays real-time curves of vapor temperature, heater temperature, and distillation rate throughout the test, allowing real-time assessment of whether relevant indicators meet the requirements of the testing standards.

4. Incorporates key components such as imported compressors, imported temperature sensors, and an automatic high-resolution stepper liquid level tracking system, ensuring accurate, reliable, and repeatable test results.

5. Allows users to add applicable standards and distillation programs based on their needs and the oil samples being tested, with the ability to call them up at any time.

6. Features automatic atmospheric pressure detection and automatic pressure correction, ensuring test results are unaffected by changes in atmospheric conditions.

7. After the test is completed, the evaporation temperature can be automatically calculated by inputting the residual amount.

8. The cooling bath is filled with antifreeze and includes built-in circulation stirring, a liquid level sensor, and an overflow tube to maintain normal water levels in the bath.

9. Equipped with a flame detector and automatic fire extinguishing function to ensure instrument safety.
